A ground-floor, fully updated three-bedroom at Las Palmas Resort in St. George, Utah. Four queens and a king, two full baths, a patio with a grill, and the resort clubhouse, with its indoor pool, slide pool and hot tubs, a two-minute walk down the sidewalk. No car, no street to cross.

3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms 10 guests 6 pools, 4 hot tubs 5 min to I-15 No platform fees when you book here

Room for the whole group, without anyone on the couch.

The inside has been fully redone, so it doesn't look like the other condos in the complex. Every bed is a real bed. The kitchen is stocked to cook for ten. And it's on the ground floor: no stairs, no elevator, no hauling coolers. Step off the patio onto the sidewalk, follow it around the end of the building, and you're at the clubhouse in about two minutes.

It's the kind of place that works for a family reunion, a golf weekend, or a Zion trip where everyone wants their own bedroom and a pool to come back to.

The resort is the reason people come back.

Las Palmas has been the family resort of St. George for over thirty years, and your stay includes all of it. The clubhouse sits just past the end of your building, a two-minute walk from the patio: an indoor pool heated year-round, the waterslide pool, a lap pool, splash pad, hot tubs, and a gym. Two more pool areas with hot tubs and playgrounds sit a few buildings over.

Pool key is in the condo. Hot tubs and the indoor pool stay heated through winter.

Five minutes from almost everything.

Off I-15 in under five minutes, with food, drinks, and gas a short drive away. Two golf courses are closer than the grocery store.
